This is our second time using Alex as our agent and he's been so incredible through the process of selling and finding us our home we are in today. His advice and guidance as new sellers and buyers was so helpful he really goes above and beyond for his clients. We were in a bidding war this year and by the end, the sellers liked Alex so much that they ended up taking our offer over another bidders!! He managed all communication and logistics with all key stakeholders: the existing tenants, property management company and lawyer. When I think of the confidence that Alex is able to inspire – time and time again – I am grateful that I connected with him those many years ago.
