Elaine as very available and accessible. She was able to accommodate my sporadic schedule. Elaine is very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. As a first time home buyer it was nice to have some one who was very on the ball and looking out for my best interest.

Elaine kept the process as easy as possible for me. I am quite busy with family and work and she kept this added task away from me which I was very happy about. She kept me informed often on the progress of showings and feedback and she was on top of the buying agents to get all that information. It was a pleasure to have worked with her and I will be using her again in the future.

But I'm really pleased. I never imagined I would get a higher price than I was expecting, closing date I wanted plus have a buyer that wants all the furniture - all in 2 days!
