Alex and Elaine went beyond just touring the houses that fell within our parameters, and took the time to show us what moving below or above our expectations would result in, giving us a much better understanding of the market and what our budget could and should afford us. As an example, when we picked something on MLS we liked they picked up a couple more in the area that were similar and even that we might like better. They fit the definition of 'Above and Beyond' perfectly. We loved their service and would undoubtedly enlist them the next time we get into the market.
