Elaine and Alex are incredible! We have done multiple transactions with them and they have proven their value. They are patient, good listeners and hard workers. Alex and Elaine really demonstrate an understanding of putting clients first. I have gained a new appreciation for the value of a really good sales team by working with them. I love great service. And I love it because great service isn’t something you can fake. It has to come from great, value-driven people who truly care about making your experience sensational. And working with Alex was an experience unlike any other. I didn’t know Alex when I met him. I found a place I was interested in and he happened to be the listing agent, so I contacted him and asked to see the place. You know how every once in a while in life you meet someone and you just instantly connect? That’s what it was like when I met Alex. I felt like I had known the guy my entire life.

During our conversation he inquired about my real estate needs and I mentioned that I was interested in the possibility of investing in a rental property. Well it turned out Alex was (and still is) a savvy investor himself and owned a number of rental properties. He also mentioned he had information on real estate investing that he would be happy to share. At our next meet up, he handed me a one-inch binder loaded with real estate investing gold. It was truly awesome.

I will share one more example of service above and beyond the norm. I saw a place in Barrie that I thought might be the perfect rental property. Alex, without any prompting from me, arranged a time and day to view the place and then insisted he drive me there to see it. I was blown away by that offer! He didn’t just go the extra mile, he literally went the extra 70 miles to meet my needs.

I will end my review with this thought. The majority of agents see you as a commission. Every sales trick and tactic they use is all about getting you to transact with them. There are a small minority of principle-driven agents who invest in people, not commissions, and their sole purpose is to build lifelong relationships by offering extraordinary service catered specifically to individual needs. Alex is most definitely in the latter category. You will not regret investing in him. The pay off is extraordinary.

Professional, knowledgeable, exceeds your expectations and was the single point of contact for the sale of our single family dwelling property. Alex was also instrumental in acquiring a strong rental property. I recommend Alex and his team without reservation, and will be working with him soon on another deal.

Alex at Royal LePage was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first property purchased he took the time to understand my needs and answer any questions I had however trivial with a smile. Alex took me to multiple showings and sometimes even to ones where knew nothing would come of it to give me an idea of what was out there and at what price point. He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. Alex was a knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and helpful realtor. I was a first time home buyer purchasing a condo in downtown Toronto and I chose Alex as my agent because he was the only one who gave me the impression that he would take the time to answer my questions and would not pressure me into a sale. I had already done a lot of research and knew what I wanted. Alex gave me very accurate estimates and advice on bids which helped me appropriately narrow down my options and win my second bid. He had great recommendations for a broker and lawyer and went out of his way to make sure I had a good move in experience after some unforeseen challenges with the seller.
