Elaine and Alex are both an incredible team to work with when making one of the biggest decisions of your life! We have worked with Elaine to buy 3 properties and to sell one as well. Elaine is so patient, kind, knowledgeable and truly puts your best interests as her top priority. Elaine and Alex know the ins and outs of every neighbourhood in the city and GTA. Their predictions were always spot on!
Alex is experienced and super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight into setting the sale price of our home and was extremely accurate with his numbers. Alex and Elaine's help was invaluable to us as we ran into some unforeseen disputes with our neighbours right before listing for sale. Elaine kept the process as easy as possible for me. I am quite busy with family and work and she kept this added task away from me which I was very happy about. She kept me informed often on the progress of showings and feedback and she was on top of the buying agents to get all that information. It was a pleasure to have worked with her and I will be using her again in the future.

I love great service. And I love it because great service isn’t something you can fake. It has to come from great, value-driven people who truly care about making your experience sensational. And working with Alex was an experience unlike any other. I didn’t know Alex when I met him. I found a place I was interested in and he happened to be the listing agent, so I contacted him and asked to see the place. You know how every once in a while in life you meet someone and you just instantly connect? That’s what it was like when I met Alex. I felt like I had known the guy my entire life.

During our conversation he inquired about my real estate needs and I mentioned that I was interested in the possibility of investing in a rental property. Well it turned out Alex was (and still is) a savvy investor himself and owned a number of rental properties. He also mentioned he had information on real estate investing that he would be happy to share. At our next meet up, he handed me a one-inch binder loaded with real estate investing gold. It was truly awesome.

I will share one more example of service above and beyond the norm. I saw a place in Barrie that I thought might be the perfect rental property. Alex, without any prompting from me, arranged a time and day to view the place and then insisted he drive me there to see it. I was blown away by that offer! He didn’t just go the extra mile, he literally went the extra 70 miles to meet my needs.

I will end my review with this thought. The majority of agents see you as a commission. Every sales trick and tactic they use is all about getting you to transact with them. There are a small minority of principle-driven agents who invest in people, not commissions, and their sole purpose is to build lifelong relationships by offering extraordinary service catered specifically to individual needs. Alex is most definitely in the latter category. You will not regret investing in him. The pay off is extraordinary.

Who said selling property was difficult! See what a combination of great negotiating and great marketing support from Elaine, and a bit of elbow grease and staging from me can do! But I'm really pleased. I never imagined I would get a higher price than I was expecting, closing date I wanted plus have a buyer that wants all the furniture - all in 2 days!
