ENHANCED MARKETING PACKAGES With online search activity at an all-time high, more than ever, professional photos are key to attracting the right buyer. We now have access to marketing tools that will provide for enhanced photos, virtual staging, digital feature sheets, floor plans, and most importantly, virtual walk-through videos. These 3D tours will allow buyers to “walk-through” your property, limiting in-person showings to only the most serious buyers.
IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL SHOWINGS View properties through online virtual tours, virtual open houses, or have us video call you from a property and ask us to take you on a personal tour – any of these will help you shortlist the properties that you’re interested in, saving you time and keeping you safe without having to physically visit each property. These services are also available to our sellers to feature their properties for sale. We have new protocols in place to ensure that in-person showings are conducted as safely as possible
OFFERS All paperwork can be reviewed via video or phone, and signed electronically. Mortgage documents can also be reviewed and signed virtually. Signing closing documents with your lawyer electronically may also be possible.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS We’re doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our clients. This includes providing personal protective equipment like hand sanitizer, masks, and booties. Agents and buyers are also required to sign a disclosure prior to entering a home for sale/lease confirming that they have not travelled in the past 14 days, are not exhibiting any of the typical COVID symptoms, and have not knowingly come into contact with anyone who has tested positive within the previous 2 weeks.
DEPOSITS Funds can be transferred electronically to a brokerage’s trust account.
