Welcome Spring! We are all excited to herald the arrival of a new season, one filled with longer, warmer days and buds beginning to appear on trees. Typically, the Spring Market in Real Estate is the most active with Buyers and Sellers entertaining the thoughts of a move.

 

This year has been anything but typical. The once reserved frantic activity of the Spring Market began last year and hasn't subsided.
