Happy February from the Toronto Home Experts team!

How are we at the end of February already? A lot has happened in Toronto a short period of time – schools have re-opened, businesses in some areas outside of Toronto have been allowed to open their doors again (with restrictions) and with no surprise, the real estate market is still red hot. Tune into Alex’s breakdown of the January numbers to get an idea of not only where we are currently at in the market, but where we predict the market to go for the remainder of 2021.

Despite the stiff competition on most properties and areas in the GTA, we are still managing to help our buyer achieve success. For our sellers, we have proven strategies to set you up to take advantage of today’s seller’s market. Lastly, we wanted to share with you that we have chosen to support Covenant House Toronto this year. Your support of our business will in turn support youth overcoming challenges of homelessness, abuse, human trafficking, and mental illness in finding shelter and transitional housing. We are looking forward to being able to contribute to the efforts this vital organization is making in providing hot meals, safe shelter, and life skills training for our future neighbours.
