Vacant Home Tax Declaration Deadline February 29th  

A reminder that the deadline to make your property status declaration is February 29th. All residential property owners must declare their residential properties' occupancy status on an annual basis. If your residential property is vacant for more than 6 months of any calendar year, the homeowner will be required to pay the new Vacant Home Tax, at a rate of 1% of the property’s 2023 Current Value Assessment (CVA).

Our Experience: When you step into this cozy bar on College Street, you feel like you’ve been teleported to Barcelona. The authentic  “pinxtos” bar is decorated with Gaudi-esque mahogany wood being one of the most visually interesting eating establishments anywhere. While the setting is super interesting, it’s all about the food and drinks here. The menu is comprised of “pinxtos” (which are bite-size tapas dishes), perfect for sharing. The highlights include the shishito peppers, tomato bread with iberico ham and the shrimp “a la Planxa”. If you come for breakfast, be sure to try their breakfast sandwiches, which include egg, serrano ham, and piquillo (it goes perfectly with an espresso!). While the food is excellent, they’re known for their cocktails. They’ll prepare the classics along with a variety of house cocktails, including the Raval martini! The bar is open from 11 am to 1 am daily and is a fun place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just to stop in for a drink!
