Happy June from the Toronto Home Experts Team!

With COVID restrictions easing, it seems that Ontarians are not only busy enjoying traditional summer activities, but are also catching up on activities that have been prohibited for so many months now.

June has gone by quickly while we've been busy helping buyers and sellers, however the market seems to be shifting in certain pockets in the GTA. We are carefully studying the activity to be able to advise our clients accordingly.
