Summer is here, and it is shaping up to be a great one with the return of live events and all the other fun things we have been missing, and also catching up on activities that have been postponed.
The month of June has flown by as we have been busy helping buyers and sellers, but the market seems to be changing in specific pockets in the GTA. We are carefully studying the activity to be able to advise our clients accordingly. We'll know more once the TRREB numbers are released in about a week. As we head into summer, it is important to take some preventative measures to ensure your home stays safe. Residential break-ins tend to increase by approx. 20% in the summer months. Open doors and windows provide easy access to burglars, as well as vacant properties of those at the cottage and on holidays.
