March Wrap Up from the Toronto Home Experts Team!
Some days it feels like Spring is finally on its way, and other days, Winter continues to hang on! As with most aspects of life returning to "normal," the Spring Real Estate Market is officially here in Toronto (which we didn't experience the last 2 years because of COVID). With its arrival, we are seeing normal increases in inventory, more home reno projects being planned/completed in preparation for selling, and more buyers looking for opportunities. The frenzied pace of January/February has been replaced with more of a mix of scheduled offer nights and "offers anytime", but make no mistake - it is still a seller's market in most parts of the GTA!
