Happy September from the Toronto Home Experts Team!

Hello Fall! People are getting back to routines as vacations come to an end, kids are back in school and we continue to navigate through a constantly evolving landscape. It has been a very different September this year than we have seen in the past. There has been little to no relief for homebuyers as the demand continues to outpace supply in the GTA. We have seen record low inventory and while it is believed to increase in the coming months, multiple offers are expected to continue to the benefit of sellers.
