The housing market experienced further tightening last month. The average price increased by four percent in April as compared to March to $1,153,269, and sales volume approached similar levels recorded in April last year.
Total sales outpaced new listings, which were down by over a third year-over year, fuelling more competition between buyers who were hesitant to buy homes in Q1.
