Our Experience: Ju-Raku, nestled within Toronto's Bayview Village Shopping Centre at 2901 Bayview Avenue, is a contemporary Japanese restaurant that just opened in April of this year. The restaurant's interior design blends traditional Japanese elements with Scandinavian deisign, offering a bright and contemporary atmosphere. Ju-Raku presents an array of Japanese culinary experiences, notably featuring a 20-seat teppanyaki bar and a chef-curated omakase sushi bar. The teppanyaki experience is very interactive yet intimate, where skilled chefs prepare premium Japanese beef and fresh seafood directly in front of you . The omakase sushi offerings, such as the Kawami Omakase and the Gin no Saji Omakase, showcase seasonal dishes crafted with precision. The menu also includes a variety of cold and hot plates, donburi, robata, and thoughtfully curated mocktails . Notable dishes highlighted include the grilled lobster, snow crab sunomono, and grilled Wagyu steak.
