Our Experience: This Old World French member of the O&B family has been a staple of downtown Toronto since 2000, but recently re-opened its doors in its new location – just next door to the original. A popular pre-theatre spot in St. Lawrence Market, it’s also very well known for its Happy Hour specials – half-priced wine and oysters. Most of the original menu made its way over into the new location, including all of your classic French bistro favourites like steak frites, beef bourguignon, salade nicoise and escargot. Try the chicken liver parfait – it takes a month to make their signature mustard which really makes this appetizer dish notable. Don’t skip the crème brulee for dessert! Open for lunch if you’re not able to wait until Happy Hour. Seasonal patio is also available for people-watching.
