I have been a client of Alex Kluge’s for the past 15 years and it all started with my first rental property. It’s a property he not only helped me purchase, but more importantly envision how to renovate and prepare for market. Crucially, he also linked me with a strong contractor who cost-effectively helped me get it ready for tenants. That property has been a very successful investment over the last decade and a half.
