I have been a client of Alex Kluge’s for the past 15 years and it all started with my first rental property. It’s a property he not only helped me purchase, but more importantly envision how to renovate and prepare for market. Crucially, he also linked me with a strong contractor who cost-effectively helped me get it ready for tenants. That property has been a very successful investment over the last decade and a half. And it’s an investment my young family has benefited from greatly. Alex at Royal LePage was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first property purchased he took the time to understand my needs and answer any questions I had however trivial with a smile. Alex took me to multiple showings and sometimes even to ones where knew nothing would come of it to give me an idea of what was out there and at what price point. When the pandemic hit, we continued our search using the obvious protections and he was able to show me a beautiful one bed plus den in a great part of town. He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. He then walked me through the process of closing even with all the new saftey measures due to the pandemic.
