I love great service. And I love it because great service isn’t something you can fake. It has to come from great, value-driven people who truly care about making your experience sensational. And working with Alex was an experience unlike any other. I didn’t know Alex when I met him. I found a place I was interested in and he happened to be the listing agent, so I contacted him and asked to see the place. You know how every once in a while in life you meet someone and you just instantly connect? That’s what it was like when I met Alex. I felt like I had known the guy my entire life.

During our conversation he inquired about my real estate needs and I mentioned that I was interested in the possibility of investing in a rental property. Well it turned out Alex was (and still is) a savvy investor himself and owned a number of rental properties. I will share one more example of service above and beyond the norm. I saw a place in Barrie that I thought might be the perfect rental property. He didn’t just go the extra mile, he literally went the extra 70 miles to meet my needs.

I will end my review with this thought. The majority of agents see you as a commission. Every sales trick and tactic they use is all about getting you to transact with them. There are a small minority of principle-driven agents who invest in people, not commissions, and their sole purpose is to build lifelong relationships by offering extraordinary service catered specifically to individual needs. Alex is most definitely in the latter category. You will not regret investing in him. The pay off is extraordinary.
