In addition to being my agent, he is my real estate investing mentor, and has helped me with everything from financial planning, to room layouts, to tenant-related issues! He is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, patient and an excellent negotiator. He always puts his clients' needs first, and will never encourage anyone to buy a property that isn't right for them.
