Alex at Royal LePage was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first property purchased he took the time to understand my needs and answer any questions I had however trivial with a smile. Alex took me to multiple showings and sometimes even to ones where knew nothing would come of it to give me an idea of what was out there and at what price point. When the pandemic hit, we continued our search using the obvious protections and he was able to show me a beautiful one bed plus den in a great part of town. He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. He then walked me through the process of closing even with all the new saftey measures due to the pandemic. The mortgage professionals and lawyers he introduced me too were also well versed and worked as a team to get my purchase pushed through. Alex goes above and beyond and I have no problems with recommending him or using his services in the future!

I love great service. And I love it because great service isn’t something you can fake. It has to come from great, value-driven people who truly care about making your experience sensational. And working with Alex was an experience unlike any other. I didn’t know Alex when I met him. I found a place I was interested in and he happened to be the listing agent, so I contacted him and asked to see the place. You know how every once in a while in life you meet someone and you just instantly connect? That’s what it was like when I met Alex. I felt like I had known the guy my entire life.

During our conversation he inquired about my real estate needs and I mentioned that I was interested in the possibility of investing in a rental property. Well it turned out Alex was (and still is) a savvy investor himself and owned a number of rental properties. He also mentioned he had information on real estate investing that he would be happy to share. At our next meet up, he handed me a one-inch binder loaded with real estate investing gold. It was truly awesome.

I will share one more example of service above and beyond the norm. I saw a place in Barrie that I thought might be the perfect rental property. Alex, without any prompting from me, arranged a time and day to view the place and then insisted he drive me there to see it. I was blown away by that offer! He didn’t just go the extra mile, he literally went the extra 70 miles to meet my needs.

I will end my review with this thought. The majority of agents see you as a commission. Every sales trick and tactic they use is all about getting you to transact with them. There are a small minority of principle-driven agents who invest in people, not commissions, and their sole purpose is to build lifelong relationships by offering extraordinary service catered specifically to individual needs. Alex is most definitely in the latter category. You will not regret investing in him. The pay off is extraordinary.

I have worked with Alex Kluge now on four separate home sales and purchases. He is a constant professional that is truly a pleasure to work with. He provides excellent advice and is very honest in his feedback. I definitely plan to work with Alex again in the future.
