Alex goes above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent in every single way. In addition to being my agent, he is my real estate investing mentor, and has helped me with everything from financial planning, to room layouts, to tenant-related issues! He is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, patient and an excellent negotiator. He always puts his clients' needs first, and will never encourage anyone to buy a property that isn't right for them. Elaine and Alex are incredible! We have done multiple transactions with them and they have proven their value. They are patient, good listeners and hard workers.
