Elaine kept the process as easy as possible for me. I am quite busy with family and work and she kept this added task away from me which I was very happy about. She kept me informed often on the progress of showings and feedback and she was on top of the buying agents to get all that information. When the pandemic hit, we continued our search using the obvious protections and he was able to show me a beautiful one bed plus den in a great part of town. He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. He then walked me through the process of closing even with all the new saftey measures due to the pandemic. The mortgage professionals and lawyers he introduced me too were also well versed and worked as a team to get my purchase pushed through. Alex goes above and beyond and I have no problems with recommending him or using his services in the future!

Elaine as very available and accessible. She was able to accommodate my sporadic schedule. Elaine is very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. As a first time home buyer it was nice to have some one who was very on the ball and looking out for my best interest.
