I was a first time home buyer purchasing a condo in downtown Toronto and I chose Alex as my agent because he was the only one who gave me the impression that he would take the time to answer my questions and would not pressure me into a sale. I had already done a lot of research and knew what I wanted. Alex gave me very accurate estimates and advice on bids which helped me appropriately narrow down my options and win my second bid.
