Alex goes above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent in every single way. In addition to being my agent, he is my real estate investing mentor, and has helped me with everything from financial planning, to room layouts, to tenant-related issues! He is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, patient and an excellent negotiator. He always puts his clients' needs first, and will never encourage anyone to buy a property that isn't right for them. Anyone would be lucky to use him. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

I have been a client of Alex Kluge’s for the past 15 years and it all started with my first rental property. It’s a property he not only helped me purchase, but more importantly envision how to renovate and prepare for market. Crucially, he also linked me with a strong contractor who cost-effectively helped me get it ready for tenants. That property has been a very successful investment over the last decade and a half. And it’s an investment my young family has benefited from greatly. From that first day fifteen years ago, I continue to rely on Alex for all things real estate: - to help me identify, evaluate and purchase real estate; - as a link to providers in the areas of property management and financing; - as someone I can confidently recommend to friends and family. Recently, we sold that very first rental property. It was sold at a time when the market was slowing down. That rental property would not have sold if not for Alex. He managed all communication and logistics with all key stakeholders: the existing tenants, property management company and lawyer. When I think of the confidence that Alex is able to inspire – time and time again – I am grateful that I connected with him those many years ago.

I love great service. And I love it because great service isn’t something you can fake. It has to come from great, value-driven people who truly care about making your experience sensational. And working with Alex was an experience unlike any other. I didn’t know Alex when I met him. I found a place I was interested in and he happened to be the listing agent, so I contacted him and asked to see the place. You know how every once in a while in life you meet someone and you just instantly connect? That’s what it was like when I met Alex. I felt like I had known the guy my entire life.

During our conversation he inquired about my real estate needs and I mentioned that I was interested in the possibility of investing in a rental property. Well it turned out Alex was (and still is) a savvy investor himself and owned a number of rental properties. He also mentioned he had information on real estate investing that he would be happy to share. At our next meet up, he handed me a one-inch binder loaded with real estate investing gold. It was truly awesome.

I will share one more example of service above and beyond the norm. I saw a place in Barrie that I thought might be the perfect rental property. Alex, without any prompting from me, arranged a time and day to view the place and then insisted he drive me there to see it. I was blown away by that offer! He didn’t just go the extra mile, he literally went the extra 70 miles to meet my needs.

I will end my review with this thought. The majority of agents see you as a commission. Every sales trick and tactic they use is all about getting you to transact with them. There are a small minority of principle-driven agents who invest in people, not commissions, and their sole purpose is to build lifelong relationships by offering extraordinary service catered specifically to individual needs. Alex is most definitely in the latter category. You will not regret investing in him. The pay off is extraordinary.
