Alex at Royal LePage was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first property purchased he took the time to understand my needs and answer any questions I had however trivial with a smile. Alex took me to multiple showings and sometimes even to ones where knew nothing would come of it to give me an idea of what was out there and at what price point. When the pandemic hit, we continued our search using the obvious protections and he was able to show me a beautiful one bed plus den in a great part of town. He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. He then walked me through the process of closing even with all the new saftey measures due to the pandemic. The mortgage professionals and lawyers he introduced me too were also well versed and worked as a team to get my purchase pushed through. Alex goes above and beyond and I have no problems with recommending him or using his services in the future!

Elaine as very available and accessible. She was able to accommodate my sporadic schedule. Elaine is very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. As a first time home buyer it was nice to have some one who was very on the ball and looking out for my best interest.

We sold our home recently with Alex and Elaine. We are extremely happy with their service. They are professionals, easy to deal with, honest and straightforward, and expert negotiators. They helped us prepare our home for sale and walked us through each and every step of the way. We were unfortunately caught in the downturn of the market, beyond anyone’s control, but despite that we were still able to come out a winner. Alex goes above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent in every single way. In addition to being my agent, he is my real estate investing mentor, and has helped me with everything from financial planning, to room layouts, to tenant-related issues! He is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, patient and an excellent negotiator. He always puts his clients' needs first, and will never encourage anyone to buy a property that isn't right for them.
