I have been a client of Alex Kluge’s for the past 15 years and it all started with my first rental property. It’s a property he not only helped me purchase, but more importantly envision how to renovate and prepare for market. Crucially, he also linked me with a strong contractor who cost-effectively helped me get it ready for tenants. That property has been a very successful investment over the last decade and a half. He managed all communication and logistics with all key stakeholders: the existing tenants, property management company and lawyer. When I think of the confidence that Alex is able to inspire – time and time again – I am grateful that I connected with him those many years ago.

Elaine as very available and accessible. She was able to accommodate my sporadic schedule. Elaine is very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. As a first time home buyer it was nice to have some one who was very on the ball and looking out for my best interest.
