My wife and I worked with Alex and his team this year to purchase our first home, and had a great experience. Alex made navigating the insane process of buying Toronto real-estate as pain-free as possible, and was super friendly, insightful, and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. His instincts on pricing and competitiveness for bids was always spot on and he provided very clear and helpful advice on all of the steps in the process. Alex goes above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent in every single way. In addition to being my agent, he is my real estate investing mentor, and has helped me with everything from financial planning, to room layouts, to tenant-related issues! He is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, patient and an excellent negotiator. He always puts his clients' needs first, and will never encourage anyone to buy a property that isn't right for them. Who said selling property was difficult! See what a combination of great negotiating and great marketing support from Elaine, and a bit of elbow grease and staging from me can do! But I'm really pleased. I never imagined I would get a higher price than I was expecting, closing date I wanted plus have a buyer that wants all the furniture - all in 2 days! Elaine kept the process as easy as possible for me. I am quite busy with family and work and she kept this added task away from me which I was very happy about. She kept me informed often on the progress of showings and feedback and she was on top of the buying agents to get all that information.
