Alex goes above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent in every single way. In addition to being my agent, he is my real estate investing mentor, and has helped me with everything from financial planning, to room layouts, to tenant-related issues! Alex was a knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and helpful realtor. I was a first time home buyer purchasing a condo in downtown Toronto and I chose Alex as my agent because he was the only one who gave me the impression that he would take the time to answer my questions and would not pressure me into a sale. I had already done a lot of research and knew what I wanted. Alex gave me very accurate estimates and advice on bids which helped me appropriately narrow down my options and win my second bid. He had great recommendations for a broker and lawyer and went out of his way to make sure I had a good move in experience after some unforeseen challenges with the seller.
