Alex at Royal LePage was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first property purchased he took the time to understand my needs and answer any questions I had however trivial with a smile. When the pandemic hit, we continued our search using the obvious protections and he was able to show me a beautiful one bed plus den in a great part of town. He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. He then walked me through the process of closing even with all the new saftey measures due to the pandemic. The mortgage professionals and lawyers he introduced me too were also well versed and worked as a team to get my purchase pushed through.
